Help!! Where has this man gone?!

This man messaged me about 2 weeks ago, we hit it off straight away and I was so shocked because he had my sense on humour and we didn’t stop talking. That first night we stayed up till 7am sending voice notes. By the next day we’re talking on Snapchat, Facebook, tik Tok and he’s even sending me reels on insta of holidays or things he knows I’d find funny. When he was at work hun and all his friends would voice note me and his friends says I’m way too good for him but he brought up a few times I guess looking for reassurance. Anyways, he said he was concerned I might go back to my ex since we had broke up 2 months prior but I explained how he was really abusive and had battered me serval times. He said he was scared to get involved if my ex was a psycho and didn’t reply to me for a few hours. While at work the girls there had a go at him and told him he was in the wrong and he apologised. For the next 4 days we spoke as normal constant voice notes and had planned 3 dates. It was Saturday morning and we had plans for the first date Monday. He opened my message Saturday morning and never replied. I haven’t heard from him since? I don’t know if I should leave it or drop him a message to make sure everything’s okay. What do you think?
