Lower middle back pain?
I’m 19 weeks; 20 on Friday.
I’ve got moderate lower middle back pain (outer edges of the spine) and my bladder feels full all the time. I’m prone to UTIs and kidney infections but haven’t had one in about 4 years 🤞. I’m not if what I’m experiencing is pregnancy related or UTI related.
Is/did anyone have similar back pain and bladder pressure at 19 weeks? If so, have you got some remedies at all? I’ve tried heat and pillows between the knees and walking
