AF 6 days late

As it says, I’m 6 days late. Had like 30 seconds of cramps this morning and now I feel fine. My boobs are still sore and swollen and they have been for almost 2 weeks. And I feel nauseous every morning/sometimes in the day, which usually only happens during ovulation so I have anti sickness tablets, I never get nauseous near my period. I’m never usually late for my period but my app says to wait 8 more days before testing. Is it just a really late period or pregnancy? I don’t want to get my hopes up :/
