How soon did you know you were pregnant with your second/third child??

Hubby and I had a slip up (not TTC) on the 16th which was the last day of my period. Since then Iv been having mild cramps, fatigue and headaches. Im sure I’m paranoid but I’m curious when other people knew they were pregnant before getting a positive test. How possible is it to get pregnant on your period?
