I'm out - Loss at 18w5d
I lost my momo twin girls sometime within the past few days due to cord entanglement. I hadn't felt movement in the last two days and was starting to worry, but figured I was still early to expect constant movement. Last night I sneezed and felt a pop down there, and my pants became soaking wet. Still I wasn't sure if it was amniotic fluid or if I just accidently peed myself. I was kind of in denile at that point. I also could no longer feel my uterus, it seemed to have sunken back a little. I went to see my MFM doctor first thing in the morning today and found out there was no heart beat for either twin and I'm leaking amniotic fluid. Now I have to make the decision to get a D&E or induce labor. This just really sucks.
