I have been on birth control since September, and haven’t had a period since early December. I took a test on February 10th and got a dark line positive. I haven’t had any symptoms and don’t feel pregnant so I took another test on February 22nd and got a dark dye stealer. I went to my scheduled appointment today and they did an ultrasound to figure out dating. They were unable to see a fetal pole or anything, only a sac. Could this be a possible early miscarriage?
