Breastfeeding

Not only have I have been battling what feels like postpartum depression the last couple of days now my milk supply has dried up and I keep getting pressured by a 17 year old to get it back. Yes I wanted to breastfeed but I feel like I don’t have enough time or energy to be pumping every hour or doing all the things her step mom told her that I need to do. How do I nicely tell her to fuck off?
