Did you lose weight in your first trimester?

I have been struggling with eating anything because such bad nausea. I am down 8 pounds and am only 8 weeks.

I lost almost 10 pounds in 3 weeks (week 7-10ish) with a starting bmi of 21. I started zofran a week ago and have already gained a couple pounds back, probably from water at this point. My doctor said it wasn’t great but was not too concerned.

I lost 30lbs by 16w first pregnancy. Didn’t gain/lose between 16-28w. Gained 6lbs from 28-35w. 
And I lost 12/15lbs by 14w in my second pregnancy. Didn’t gain anything between 14-27w. 
Both kids were healthy. They were born early but 100% unrelated to my weight gain/loss. I have a shitty cervix. My doctors (high risk team and regular OB) were never concerned about it.

I gained like 15 pounds first trimester bc of the nausea! Mine wasn’t super bad but if I ate something often the nausea wasn’t nearly as bad. I was also dieting pretty heavily before so I was eating WAY more. It is normal to lose weight first trimester tho, lots of women with more intense nausea do! Plain food like bread or saltine crackers helped me when my nausea was bad, but like I said, some women’s nausea is worse than others!

My first pregnancy lost around 15 pounds since I had morning/night sickness. This pregnancy I didn’t.

I lost about 12 pounds with my son (was only 145 to start, with a normal BMI) and about 5 lbs or so with my miscarriage. I gained it all back in the 3rd trimester, my doctor wasn’t worried.
