TTC naturally at 45

Is it really possible? Any doctor I’ve talked to says I’m too old and can’t get pregnant without assistance like IVF. Leaves me feeling very discouraged. All my hormone bloodwork is normal and my partner has normal sperm count. I have one daughter who is 25 years old but I’ve always wanted a son. Just never found the right partner to have another child with until now. We’ve been trying for almost 2 years with no luck. I’ve been calculating ovulation, taking many supplements, acupuncture, etc. My family thinks I’m crazy for wanting a child this late in life… lol
