I started leaking i’m not even third trimester yet but i’m worried as a friend of mine which gave birth 3 years ago had flat nipples when she gave birth and the nurses there argued her because she didn’t suck her nipple out since she knew her nipple flat(even tho she tried but didn’t succeed) they told her there isn’t a good change for baby to get breastfeed also because of large breast.

Now i’m questioning myself, i do have very large breast and the nipple is downward and flat.Is this okay? Can i feed the baby? Should I do something ?
