Metformin and Vitex
So, I've heard that some people have had success conceiving using Metformin along with Vitex (chaste berry). I have PCOS (diagnosed at 18) and I am now 37 ttc first child. My ovarian reserve is excellent but I am not sure about the quality. Has anyone tried the Metformin/Vitex combo? If so, what were your results?
