Girls....
I've read many conflicted articles on post ttc and lying down (legs up, down, around your ears etc). What's your thoughts on it? I routinely just hang around (horizontally) praying the swimmers swim in the right direction for about 10-15minutes.
Then there's the shower/don't shower dilemma I face! Haha. Some say "you wash them away", however literature states that those little guys don't last more then 2 minutes outside the normal hostile environment... So really does it make a difference?
Would love to hear your thoughts!
