Question for all the ladies using glow and got their BFP.

I'm new to this.. My period showed up yesterday, and me and my fiancé have been ttc for 5 months now. Has anyone on here got their BFP after a few months of trying and then after using glow gotten pregnant? What all did you do that made it successful?
