Signs of pregnancy

This may sound like an odd question but we have only started trying to get pregnant for a few weeks now and starting yesterday I am feeling extremely bloated and today very nauseous. Is it possible to be pregnant already? It's only been 2-3 weeks of trying. Seems very fast.
