We have now had several users worry that Glow forecasts periods for them that have not yet happened. And then they try to delete these periods. 

Please do not do so. This can cause a glitch in your app. Glow depends on its own forecast of future periods to chart out your fertile window. 

If you have regular (26 to 35 day) cycles and Glow predicts a period that has not yet started ----> Please go to your "Period Log" --->Click "Edit"--->Click on the period in question and move it a few days into the future. 

If your cycles are 36+ days and irregular, please go to the "Me" page and click settings. Set your Average Cycle length to something a little longer than your real cycle length. Let's say 40 days. Then when your period comes, please pull your period in using the edit function of the "Period Log."

Future period predictions are an incredibly important part of our algorithsm. Please do not delete future periods.
