Anyone trying to lose weight while TTC? I want to try to start eating healthier and excercising not just to help me TTC but to help me feel healthier too. If you are what are you ladies doing? I'm honestly not wen really sure how to eat healthier my family has always kind of just ate what was easy to make because my mom always had to go to work right after she brought us home from school. So I've always kind of followed what she made. I snack a lot so I'm going to cut down on that, but what else can I do? Any good diets to follow?
