Dull cramping?

Is this normal in very early pregnancy? Feels like very very dull period cramps. No bleeding or anything. Thoughts?

I am 5 weeks and have been cramping for a week now. It's stinks! But it's normal :) I still worry though, can't help it!

Cramping is normal and it's normal to have it every month around your period date , I cramped all the way through my first pregnancy and I gave birth to a very bouncy baby boy . If you bleed during cramping get to your ob . Best of luck . The worrying starts now , welcome to the club x

I was at the doctor today. He said cramping is ok, and spotting is ok, but that cramping and spotting together is not a good sign.
