Needing some input...

So I've been tracking ovulation with the whole 9 yards. Opks, bbt, examining CM, ect. So I had my peak fertility opk yesterday on the clear blue digital adv. and BD about 4 hours after. I usually lay there for a while after just to be safe but last night I didn't have time. Tmi, but it did leak out. I have read mixed things about staying still after how it matters and then how it doesn't matter. I guess I just need confirmation that I doesn't matte if you lay still afterwards? I hate to be so worried about it. I'm so anxious.
