2 positive OPKs 9 day before ovulation

I took an OPK on the 29 witch was 3 days after my period and it came back with a positive then I took one today witch is the 31st and it was also poaitive.

it seams strange to me because It feels like it's to early to get + OPKs but here is what they look it.

and I know I'm not pregnant because I got a period which was 5 days long, it was Normal bleeding except there was no clots, witch I have clots at evary period.
