Spontaneous cycle!
I haven't had a spontaneous period since April 2013 when I stopped birth control and we began trying to conceive. Today I started a period without the help of medication 39 days since the start of my last period.
I have an appointment with a fertility specialist next week! Do I go or wait or what??
