My menstrual cycle are very very irregular. Sometimes I can go 4 to 6 months without a period. I have tried to regulate it with birth control it works while I take it but as soon as I stop it goes right back. I was just wondering the seeing as how I never know when I'm going to have a menstrual cycle is trying to track my ovulation even possible?
