It's been about 3 periods since I came off nuvaring and still nothing. I've heard it usually takes about 6 months for your body to get back to its normal flow but everyone is different.

I was on microgynon the pill for years it took only a couple of cycles to get regular again. Took 7months to conceive but ended up ectopic :( xx

It's been about 3 1/2 months off the Mirena IUD for me and we're still ttc.

Took us one month after being on bc for 10yrs. Everyone's body is so different-- goodluck!
