Medications during the 2WW

Sherri • Thu, Feb 20 • With the help of Glow, now pregnant with my third and final baby! :)

I'm currently in my 2WW 7 days past ovulation. And out of the blue I have this pounding headache!! It feels like someone is squeezing the back of my head ear to ear! I was wondering if any pain killers are safe to take, or if you have any natural remedies you can think of? Thank you!!
