Nose bleed sign of pregnancy?

I woke up to a nosebleed 4dpo...I've read a couple forums that suggest this could be a first sign of pregnancy...anyone know anything about this?

At 4dpo you wouldn't have the increased blood flow to cause a nose bleed.  Pregnancy hormones aren't released into the blood stream until inphantation at 6-12 DPO which is what causes symptoms. That being said, yes nosebleeds are more common in pregnancy and bleeding gums too... :) hope that helps!
