Two early positive pregnancy tests. Confused.

Hi everybody!

So I had my last period on January 31st. I had a d & c this past end of September so my periods have been irregular but I'm not supposed to start my period for another couple days . I tested anyway since we have been trying. I took 2 different tests & both positive. Whatcha think? :)
