Help-is it true that you should have sex every other day?

​A doctor told me to have sex every other day so my husbands sperm had a chance to "regroup," is that true? Or can we have sex daily during my peak days?

I am pretty sure that depends on your DH sperm count and your sex drive. If DH has a low sperm count then yes every other day. If you and your DH are getting tired of the daily BD then take the day break.

​I also heard that sex in the morning is better if DH has low sperm counts. They claim the sperm has more life and is stronger in the morning than in the evening.
