I would use a whole-food based brand like Garden of Life, New Chapter, Rainbow Light, etc. These are easy on the stomach and not synthetic. Plus, they usually contain ginger root and pregnancy safe herbs to ease symptoms. You can find these and other hole-food based prenatal a at Vitamin Shoppe, GNC, Whole Foods, etc. just my recommendation! I try to eat as natural as I can, including my multis! :)
