I was never good at keeping track of my period ands knowing when they should come, which I regret. I was in bed with my partner who I had only been with for 8-9 months. We were having intercourse, the lights where out so I couldn't see anything. Once we had finished I went to the bathroom to freshen up and when I got there to my surprise I had gotten my period. I ran back to the room and switched the light on, and as I suspected it happened through intercourse and had gone everywhere!
