Is there anyone in here trying to conceive who is still in high school?

I'm almost to the end of the senior year and I basically live with my fiancé and we are trying to conceive. Is there anyone else going through this or a similar situation?

see the thing I went through I went on exchange for 10 and got through the whole partying and going out stuff to the point where I don't like it anymore and I'm more mature than most kids my age and I feel like I want to settle down and I have no one to relate to or talk to about this

I got pregnant at the beginning of my senior year . (At 17) I had my son in July 2013 , he's 8mo now . However me and his daddy were very lucky to be head over heels in love . We've been married almost a year now . And not that I would change anything about my life , I would advise you to wait . I'm only 19 now , just turned 19 in fact not even a month ago and I feel like I'm 35 . Having a baby definitely takes away from your youthfulness . You may think y'all are ready but You should make sure you're done with school , and have a steady income before you bring a new life into the world .

This always breaks my heart bc I was in this situation. I married at 18 had mine at 19 and 21. I love my family to the moon and back but ladies know what you're getting yourselves into. Baby's change everything. I didn't get to go to college and experience the "irresponsible" stage of life which believe me I convinced myself I needed none of then but later found myself jealous of all my friends who did while I had no choice but to take care of my family. I missed out on "grown up" time with my husband like vacations and trips and the young adult couple parties. I grew apart from all my friends bc we were at different stages in our lives. I'm now working full time and attending school full time..I have to pay the bills but I also want a better life for my kids so doing both was never not an option. I do everything I can for my family but I also know that I made it 10x harder for myself by not waiting a few years. Baby's change everything. Best wishes to you all
