Two peak test! Confused!

Hi! I'm Lindsay on 2nd month TTC. I have been using CB digital ov. I got my first peak solid smiley on Sunday (16th) and I was happy. Been getting a lot of pulling in pelvic area and had to sit out of my barre class last night because I thought I was going to faint or throw up. All new things for me. I know I'm too early for pregnancy symptoms and out of curiosity I took another ov test yesterday and today. Yesterday o low, but today is peak solid smiley again! Any advice?! Anyone experienced this?
