FETAL HEARTBEAT

Yesturday I had cramps n went to the doc. They sent me to the ER, basically they gave me a ultrasound (6weeksprego) and they said the baby's heart rate is at 60 and it should be higher... Now I'm on bed rest and I have to take all these pills... Is anyone else cramping. I'm trying to avoid a miscarriage
