I fell pregnant once about 3 years ago now but had a miscarriage at 7 weeks then they found I had polycystic ovaries and since then I haven't been able to fall pregnant and I'm just wondering if anyone else has found it hard to fall pregnant ? I would like to conceive the normal way but I think  I will have to go Down the IFV route soon, I'm turning 20 in May and my doctor is telling me I'm too young and is not offering any advise because he thinks I'm rushing it but I know in my heart I'm ready to have my own Gorgeous little bundle of joy
