Getting married and been trying off and on

Hello, my fiancé and I are getting married in October. We'll be together 2 years on October 25th, which just so happens to be the day we are getting hitched! We've been trying off and on since August of last year, which is infact when I get my Mirana removed.. I had it in for the total 5 years. Got it when I was 13 and got it taken out at 18. I just recently downloaded some apps to help me figure out when the best time would be for contriception.. Probably about 2 months ago. We've decided to hold off since we've gotten engaged, and try after the wedding but it worries me that we've tried since August. We haven't been trying too hard, with opposite schedules it's hard to find time.. We've gotten advice from others saying having sex as much as you can and we do off and on then we get tired and just hold off for a while and then try again.. I'm just worried the Marina has messed up my uterus, I've had a ultra sound to see if I has systs, I did not. I'm worried because having a baby is all we've ever wanted and it will break my heart if we could never have one...
