Help dr today

Hey guys I got 3 bfps over the last few days and went to the doctors this morning, his result was negative (granted he only waited a minute) I've had blood work done now waiting for results, has anyone had this happen before as I'm now scared I've lost the baby :( here are my bfps

note how they get darker, last one was taken Tuesday morning
