I just started tracking bbt. I have no idea what I'm doing yet. The thermometer came the day I believe I o'ed. I believe I am 3dpo. I had spotting on the 23rd (which I have never had before) and think O was on the 24th and for the past three days my temps have been rising by .2 each day. Is there anyway to know what this means with starting temping day after o?​
