workout and eat right...10 pound goal"

Hi! This is continued from a previous thread! Let's work together to lose weight by eating right and exercising! I'm on myfitnesspal, Add me and put ur a glow friend...i normally don't add people. Lol. I've lost 190 pounds and ready to help those who want it. 
​The goal is to eat right and workout out a little. Right now my fitness schedule is lifting weights, running a few miles 1-2/week (3-7 miles) and T25 . I highly suggest t25 for those short on time. Great workout and only 25 minutes. Let me know who's in!
