Full of a cold and achy :(

Samantha • Tue, Apr 01 • Married to the love of my life. Healthy 1st baby (boy) 10/07/14 after a long road to pregnancy. Couldn`t be happier!!!!

Any advice on quick remedies for a bad cold and body aches when pregnant?? My docs safe medicine list shows only Tylenol/paracetamol and says I can take sudafed if I really need to but it's a class C drug so id like to stay away if possible. I'm 12.5 weeks btw too. Thank you!
