Implanon/implant

Stacey • 20 year old with daughter at 4:), pregnant with #2
Has anyone ever fell pregnant after getting implant/implanon out without a period? A few of my friends have but just asking if anyone on here has? I only have one Fallopian tube left due to eptopic in 2012,
