Do I test again?

Should I bother testing again? I got an opk smiley on 21st bd'd on that night and 23rd. Its now the 4th and I tested and got a bfn. My symptoms: sore throat, achey back, stomach weirdness, constipation. Could I still be pregnant? I used clear blue easy digital....
