Complex Ovarian Cyst!?

​This past December after quitting 3 months of being on birth control, I started feeling extreme pain in my right, lower abdomen throughout the month, especially during my menstrual cycle days and when having intercourse or any type of intimate interaction with my boyfriend. I noticed mood swings, change of appetite, stomach pain, depression, and fatigue. As January came, I had my period 3 times in that whole month and they all lasted almost a week. I noticed I would constantly be nauseous. I would wake up every night at 3 am wanting to throw up. After throwing up, shivers and dizziness, I went to urgent care and then straight from there to the emergency room. Our family doctor was there and he had diagnosed me with a ruptured cyst. Had 2 ultra sounds done, and they found 2 cyst approximately 5cm. In February, I had my second cyst rupture and this time my period lasted 13 days. Another time in hell for me. I wasn't diagnosed with PCOS, they just told me that I had a complex cyst. And after seeing 2 OBGYN who wanted to perform surgery and run the chance of taking my ovary out, my third doctor put me on birth control. I had my last ultrasound and my right ovarian cyst is still there but it is now currently at 1.5-2 cm. I was also told I might have some hormonal imbalance going on. ANYWAY, IS ANYONE GOINGTHROUGH SOMETHING SIMILAR!? I'm desperate. I NEED TO GET BETTER.

I was recently diagnosed with a cyst on each ovary... one of which is complex. I'm schedule to see a gynocologist to see what the next step is. I'm anticipating that to be surgery to remove it. In July, on the first day of my period, I had half dollar size clots FALLING out of me and I was filling up a tampon nearly every half hour. That period lasted about 4 days. Since then, I've had very painful menstrual cramping, mood swings, nausea, dizzy spells and in the last year, about 25lbs of weight gain. Let's keep each other updated on what happens! Good luck to you! I'd get a second opinion on what's going on.  I had to argue with my doctor to get an ultrasound because she said my pain could just be my period "changing" and that my clotting was "normal".
