Will diet pills make you not have your period? I have been on phentermine for 2 months & havent had my period for those 2 months.

I never had an issue with my periods while on that medicine. You should bring it up to your dr the next time you go in for the check up

Phentermine is not in the same drug class as amphetamines.  Completely different chemical ingredients.  Phentermine should not affect periods.
