Hydration
I thought my mild cramps were due to my uterus growing but when I called the nurse at the ob. She said that is really early for round ligament pain. She asked how much water I was drinking and said yup that's the problem! She said to keep a bottle of water in my system at least every 4 hours. Then to lay down on my left side. As soon as I did this my cramps went away! Stay hydrated ladies!!!
