Super nervous, please respond..

I took another hpt this morning and the test line seems to have faded a bit. I will attach pics but both test were done with FMU. Does it matter if the line faded a bit. I'm super nervous bc last night I had a terrible burning feeling in my uterus like I had been working out. It wasn't painful just really uncomfortable that it woke me up. Any response it appreciated!​
