SMEP....anyone trying this?

Hiya, we are trying the "sperm meets egg plan" this cycle. Anyone else trying it or have any advice on it? I am on cd3 x

So here's my af date and ov date. Works out I'm on cd 8 on Saturday then n ovulate on Monday (my birthday :) ) then if I'm right? Sorry blonde moment lol ​​

I'm trying it this month after having my MC. First month using OPKS as well, I haven't told hubby as I don't want him to feel under pressure. It will be interesting to see how we all get on. Currently on CD10 so fingers crossed!

I'm on cd 4 :) will be trying smep this cycle along with tracking bbt, cervix position, cm and taking opk's, if this cycle doesn't work out I'm using preseed next cycle :)

Will be trying it this month with preseed, and half a dozen other things that are supposed to help lol. CD 4.

We are doing it. Seems to be ok, fits in with or sexual needs too. If you didn't have a high sex drive if say it may be a little too much for you. I haven't ovulated yet this cycle and in cd30 so off to the gyno tomorrow. Purchased preseed which we plan on using next cycle. Good luck.

Yeah I'm with nik didn't work for us and also got a uti :( this month we did it when we wanted but when I got my positive opk we did it three days in a row.
