How do u carry on every month?

Hey ladies, 
​I just wanted to know how u carry on every month. I have been married nearly three years and have used no protection since. I have endo too. I miscarried in feb first bfp ever. Just got af and it's just torture every month just waiting and listening to ur body all the time. I used ovulation tests etc. I know to keep positive, just wanted to know how u all deal with it?

It's nice to talk to women who are with you on the roller coaster ride we call TTC. We all understand the ups and downs and sharing how we cope just might help someone else. I've been TTC for 2 1/2 years. All I've ever wanted in life is to be a wife and mother. I'm halfway there.

​I write about my feelings - I am hopeful the reminder will make sleepless nights and trials that being a mother will bring easier. I think this struggle will help me be more appreciative of my little miracles and try harder each day to be the mom they deserve.
​
​I rely on my husband and other friends who are TTC. Women need to talk through feelings. It helps.
​
​Focus on the future. Stay hopeful! Just because it didn't happen this month doesn't mean it isn't going to happen. Always look at the big picture.
​
​Finally, I have to mentally recover. This takes a lot of prayer, relaxation, and permission to cry for a little while. Some months require ice cream and French fries.

Obviously she was devistated and I felt like the worst friend ever, I really hadn't supported her preg like I should or how she'd support me. I feel guilty for being so jealous and not as happy for her as I should - I made it about me in a way I shouldn't have.

​ Also remember when people say things that make your blood boil, like it'll happen if you just relax, just remember they're trying to help but just don't get it!! It might not stop you wanting to punch them but it might stop you actually punching them.

Me and my DH have been ttc #1 since August 2012 but have been having unprotected sex since 2011 & every month it gets exciting & then heartbreaking but when you really want something you have to fight for it. At least that's how I see it. During bd time we have fun we're excited we talk about our plans of our baby & then the time af shows I'm not going to lie I cry I get mad but only for a minute! I write down all my feelings. How I'm heartbroken how I don't understand, while I'm crying. When I'm done writing I take a deep breath shake it off & put a smile on my face & start planning what I'm going to do for the new month & I get excited again. That's all you can really do is continue to look forward the day you hold your baby in your arms is the day you're going to reliaze everything you just went through was worth it! That's what I do & how I look at it every month. Praying my day comes soon! Fx and baby dust!

Im sorry you're feeling so frustrated. :/ We've only been TTC for 2 months but I decided this month we aren't logging anything except bd. it's too much and it makes bd not so fun- more "timed." :/ AF due today and no sign yet but I'm sure she'll still show. I hope you feel better- can you do a quick vacation with the hubby to clear your head?

​I actually posted a very similar question a few weeks ago when I was on struggle street. Since then I've learned a very valuable lesson that took me over 2 years of ttc to learn - just because someone gets preg quickly doesn't mean they're not having their own problems too. A good friend if mine, who knew about our troubles ttc, got preg first go. To say I didn't cope with that and was heartbroken is an understatement!! I cried so much and really struggled to hear her talk about her baby in everything she sai - as I'm sure I'll do and all new mothers to be should - so I told her I'm over the moon for her but don't be offended if I walk away from those discussions. She was okay with this and said she'd give anything for me to be telling her I was preg instead. But a week later she sadly had a MC.

I'm so sorry you're feeling like this and having so much trouble. Not that it'll make you feel better, but these feelings are so normal and totally okay!! I think we all have them from time to time, or mostly month to month.
