AF-like cramps? Freaking out!

I got a faint positive today, but after a m/c in January, I'm trying not to get my hopes up until I get a few days if progressively darker positives. I'm feeling some really mild, AF-like cramps. No spotting. Is this normal? I'm so worried AF will rear her ugly head any moment. :-/

Having some cramps during pregnancy is fairly common and that's in all three trimesters actually. In the beginning it can be hormones as well as ligament pains, your pelvic, muscles and other joints are loosening slowly, the body also creates the hormone relaxin and that can also cause some small pains and cramps in various places and it's all perfectly normal :)  later on pains is caused as your little one grows, basically expect a bit of everything but try to relax and take things as they come :)

Normal ! Cramping can also be caused in preg by not drinking a lot of water so drink up

I have some cramping too, especially when lying down. I've heard it's normal as long as you are not spotting along with the cramps.

It might not be AF... I got my BFP thisornjbg after my last pregnancy ended in MC and I def. felt some cramping during my TWW. Heck... I actually feel some right now. I understand the fear but am trying to be cautiously optimistic. Good luck to you! I hope AF stays far away. x

I had cramps for the first like 2 to 3 weeks after I found out. Doc said it's normal! Then the cramps stopped & I got nervous!! Lol.
