10 dpo anyone have these sypmtoms?

I have sore breast they feel full and sore nipples also have a gassy stomach and light cramping af is due in 3 day praying she doesn't come the cramping isn't bad it's noticeable at times but it comes and goes not nearly as bad as af cramps. Took a pregnancy test 2 days ago got bfn really upset me so trying not to take one until the 13th hoping this is our month anyone else have these stptoms before? And I'm hoping bfn was only because of how early I tested.
