TTC second baby, need some advice...
My husband and I decided to start trying for our second baby.. Our son is 7 months old. I know it's a bit early to start trying, but we are ready. My problem is after I had my son, with several complications during delivery and being told I may not be able to conceive again because of the complications, I bled from August 29, 2013 when my son was born until March 30th 2014. I had an IUD placed last October at 10 weeks pp, and had it removed March 3rd when I switched to orthotricyclen LO. I did the first month of it and we decided we were ready for another baby so I stopped taking it. I don't know how to calculate my next cycles because of the extended bleeding, and because of that I don't know how to track ovulation besides buying the tests. Anyone else experienced this?

I was 20 days past my due date, my body refused to go into labor even with pitocin, my son was presenting chin first in a vaginal delivery, my uterus (which is tilted backwards, heart shaped) shifted further back during delivery, and I had a 3rd degree episiotomy. (Baby was 8lbs 13 oz
