Not sure what's going on.

​I haven't had a period for 2 years, was diagnosed with Premature Ovarian Failure. Did a few rounds of clomid, didn't work. Did one round of injections and IUI, didn't work. Started seeming an acupuncturist for a month now and finally ovulated!! Now it's 6 days after ovulation and I'm spotting brown. I'm not supposed to get AF until around the 24th. Anyone have thoughts? I took a pregnancy test this morning and got a BFN. (I thought it could be implantation bleeding). Either way I'm so excited! This is the first time I've had any kind of spotting/bleeding on my own without meds in two years!!
