Endometriosis - what it means for ttc etc

I thought there was a thread for this on support page but can't find it so hopefully people won't mind repeating themselves...
Quite a few symptoms I've logged on here have suggested monitoring for endometriosis. I had already been thinking something wasn't quite right, so would like to know more about the symptoms and how it affects ttc.
I'm in the uk and can't get get a doctors appt until after my smear in a few weeks but will be talking to him about my periods and ttc issues then.
Basically the things I have input on here that have highlighted it or concern me are: very heavy periods with numerous clots, cramps throughout cycle (mainly between ovulation and period), upset stomach while AF is visiting, on month 11 ttc since miscarriage but been off pill since aug 2012
Any information you can give me would be greatly received! X
